What does "fully developed" mean?

“Fully Developed” means that property is cleared and ready for anyone to build their home on. It includes the development of a water well, septic system, culvert, and driveway. These are move-in ready sites, all you have to is pick your builder, modular home, or barndominium.

What acreages do you have available?

We have anything from .20 acre homesites to 30 acre homesites.

Where do you have property for sale?

We currently have multiple lots & homesites available in Edna, Lolita & Wharton. We will be bringing on more developments across Texas!

How is RBros making land more affordable?

We buy large tracts of land at a reduced average rate that is offered. We then use our in-house construction company to develop smaller tracts of land and add in the improvements including driveway, culvert, water well, septic and fencing. This allows us to lower the cost threshold by 70%.

What credit score do I need to have?

700+ credit score: 0% down.

575-700 credit score: 5% down with land and home package.

We also work with lenders that can give an 11% down payment for traditional homes and barndomiums.
